send0 provides messaging infrastructure APIs that enable developers to send email, WhatsApp, and SMS messages programmatically. Our services include API access, dashboard tools, SDKs, and related documentation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use send0 to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates applicable laws. You must comply with all applicable anti-spam legislation, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and channel-specific requirements.

4. API Keys and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys. Do not share or expose your keys publicly. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Pricing and Payment

Usage-based charges are billed monthly. The free tier includes 3,000 emails per month. Overages are billed at the applicable per-message rate for your plan.

6. Limitation of Liability

send0 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
