Terms of Service
The contract between us.
Before you send your first message through send0, here is what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Last updated · April 2026
These Terms govern your use of send0's API, dashboard, SDKs, and related services (the “Services”). By creating a workspace or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using send0's Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you're using send0 on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.
Description of Service
send0 provides messaging infrastructure APIs for sending email, WhatsApp, and SMS messages, along with a dashboard, SDKs, documentation, webhooks, and related tools. We do not generate or curate the content you send.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, TCPA, or similar laws in your jurisdiction.
- Impersonate individuals or organizations, or deceive recipients about the origin of a message.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or content that exploits or harms minors.
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or the acceptable use protections on any channel or provider we rely on.
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your workspace at our discretion.
API keys and security
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your API keys. Do not commit them to public repositories. Notify us at security@send0.dev if you suspect a key has been compromised — we'll help you rotate it.
Pricing and payment
send0 is usage-based. The free tier includes up to 3,000 emails / month. Paid plans are billed monthly with overages priced per-channel (see Pricing).
Invoices are issued automatically. Failed payments may result in account suspension after 7 days' notice. No refunds on partial months, but we're reasonable humans — email billing@send0.dev.
Service availability
We publish a live status page at status.send0.dev. Scale and Enterprise plans come with uptime SLOs; details are in your order form. The Services are provided on an “as-is” basis outside those contractual SLOs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, send0 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.
Termination
You can close your workspace at any time from the dashboard. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or put our infrastructure at risk. In either case we'll give you reasonable notice and an export of your data where lawful.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts unless a binding Enterprise agreement specifies otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product and its legal context evolve. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance with email notice to workspace admins.
