Make every channel feel like

Messaging infrastructure hasn't kept up with how developers build. You still need three vendors, three dashboards, three contracts, and three on-call runbooks to send a welcome email, an OTP, and a WhatsApp receipt to the same user.
send0 collapses that stack. One SDK, one dashboard, one audit trail. Behind it, an AI router chooses the right channel per recipient — falling back, deflecting, and upgrading without you writing the glue.
We're building the messaging layer the way Stripe built payments: with radical focus on developer experience, honest pricing, and the boring engineering required to make it actually work at 3am.

Six opinions
we aren't backing off.
Developer experience is product.
APIs should be boring in the best way — predictable shapes, honest error messages, a single source of truth for every feature. DX is not a nice-to-have we get to later, it is the product.
Transparency over complexity.
Flat pricing. Public changelogs. Status pages that don't lie. Dashboards that surface what happened to every message, not just aggregates. No vendor lock-in, no quiet rate limits, no hidden ceilings.
Infrastructure should be invisible.
You should never learn DKIM, 10DLC, or the WhatsApp template approval flow to ship a product. We treat every piece of messaging infrastructure as plumbing — you call a function, it works, you move on.
One channel perfect beats three mediocre.
Email is live and production-ready. WhatsApp and SMS land in that order, built on the same SDK, the same idempotency semantics, the same webhooks. We refuse to ship something we wouldn't use ourselves.
Small team, tight loop.
Every engineer on the team has shipped production messaging code at a previous company. We write, review, deploy, and on-call rotate together — no handoffs, no specs thrown over a wall.
The AI router is the point.
Send-time channel optimization, subject-line scoring, and deflection based on engagement aren't features — they're the reason send0 exists. We're building messaging that gets smarter the more you use it.
